Brief Profile- Mr De is a post graduate degree holder in Physics (M.Sc Physics – Electronics & Telecom) and MBA in Marketing & Foreign Trade from Indian University. Further, he has completed short term training courses from MNRE in solar, also took training from USA, Spain, Germany, Italy on Solar Power generation and systems. He has attended more than 200 seminars around the world as speaker and delegate in solar power supply, implementation, installation, commissioning, Study & implementation of new technologies in Solar etc. He was associated with Professor of Switzerland University -Dr Ayodhya Nath Tiwari for developing Thin Film Crystalline Module technology mass production on Flexible Substrate so as to bring down the cost of installation of solar power plant by elimination of MMS for building rooftop, car roof, Bus Roof, Train Roof with profile area utilization and more other applications. He is having over 30 years of experience in various industries like – Electronics, Semiconductor, Solar Power Generation, Setting up of integrated plant – Wafer, Solar cell & Module lines, Stand alone Solar Power Systems, CSP with molten salt energy storage Technology etc .
He has extensively worked in setting up Grid Connected RE projects like in Anantapur – AP, Kanasar -Rajasthan, Patan, Banaskantha in Gujarat, Gonda, Moradabad – UP, Hisar -Haryana etc (Ground Mounted & Rooftop Projects both). He has hands-on experience in dealing with techno-commercial issues, supply chain management, PMC, prefeasibility study of new project study, funding for new projects related to RE, developing DPR etc. He has developed good Suppliers & Marketing Networking from China, Taiwan, Vietnam, Europe, etc for PVSC technology like Wafer, Cell, Module etc, Thin Film Technology machine and Components Supply. He has worked in multinational companies including Philips OEMs, Onida, Daewoo Electronics, Salora, Shinsei Corporation of Japan, Kimaya Energy, Lucky Film Company Limited, China. He has lead the project development supply chain team in Jindal India Thermal Power Ltd for setting up of 1320 MW Thermal Power in Odisha , Angul , Talcher with Coal linkage & coal withdrawal management from nearby mine. He has wide experience in dealing with international vendors/suppliers/alliance partners for project development, commissioning, implementation and project management in Solar and RE projects includes Small Hydro, Geothermal and Wind Power etc. He has gathered experience in developing overseas projects in countries like – UAE, Malaysia, Oman, Singapore, as he was responsible for setting up projects as VP – Projects for Jindal group in recent past include developing solar Module related components – High Photon Transmittance Transparent Back sheet ( reduces application of glass from back and EVA sheet), EVA Sheet, Mesh sheets for Dual junction Box high performance 400 Wp Module and various other non energy related project which directly or indirectly impacting our environment like eliminating toxic discharge through ETP, reducing in COX, SOX, NOX into the environment, green building design support etc. Presently working in developing economically viable projects for – EV fast charging machine by bringing down its cost so as to make it more viable in the range of common people application with keeping following objectives in mind: Buzz word – Economical & innovative for EV:

Also working on higher capacity Energy Storage system – Li-Ion Battery – like LFP, Li Polymer, LMN etc battery storage design system with BMS for complete range of application i.e. in powering batteries in Transmission, Solar/ RE Energy Storage to mitigate peak power requirement, UPS, Inverter, Cars, Bus, Trains, self sustainable standalone AC, Fridge, with best in class safety parameters from Fire due to high temp & accident; higher energy density for extra mileage , more compact design – to reduce space and cost with overall better economics etc.
